Ada empat proses utama dalam Pelatihan dan Event Management:
1.      Bisnis persiapan acara mencakup semua data yang Anda butuhkan saat membuatkatalog bisnis acara, seperti lokasi di mana pelatihan yang diadakan. Katalog peristiwa bisnis diwakili menggunakan hirarki yang terdiri dari kelompok peristiwa bisnis (yang digunakan untuk struktur katalog) jenis usaha iklan acara.

4.      Proses utama keempat terdiri dari kegiatan berulang yang terkait erat dengan hari-hari kegiatan. Setelah kursus telah terjadi, para peserta dapat menulis penilaian untuk itu. Dalam hal peserta internal, kualifikasi baru diperoleh dapat ditransfer ke subprofildalam Pembuatan Personalia.
